JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for processing all laboratory specimens in an accurate and timely fashion utilizing the laboratory information system (LIS). Triages specimen delivery and organizes all reference lab send out work. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:. Review all specimens for proper collection requirements, demographic information, correct paper work and special handling.
