What you'll do

• Serve as the main client contact and resolve daily project issues
• coordinate internal teams
• create and manage project schedules and subcontractor timelines
• monitor budgets, billings, expenses, and financial risks
• lead safety meetings and inspections
• document site activities and OAC meetings
• organize inspections, testing, and punch lists
• prepare and award subcontracts and track contract performance
• develop and support direct reports.
