What you'll do

• Lead MAWM implementation and enhancement projects
• liaise with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors
• translate requirements into technical solutions
• provide L2/L3 support
• configure settings, workflows, and business rules
• troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis
• develop extensions and integrations using APIs and JSON/XML
• coordinate testing and user acceptance testing
• provide rollout and stabilization support
• document solutions
• share knowledge and mentor colleagues.
