The Youth Sports Coach / Early Childhood Instructor - Afternoon Program role is onsite at school and preschool locations in the Austin, Pflugerville, and Round Rock areas of Texas. Pay is $25 to $32 per hour. The role leads enrichment classes for children ages 3–10 across sports and beginner martial arts programs. The instructor delivers structured, positive classes that build children’s skills through movement and creativity. Coaches use the provided curriculum, maintain safety and professionalism, and build relationships with school staff and families.

What you'll do

• Travel between local preschool and elementary school locations
• lead classes using the provided curriculum
• engage children through movement and creativity
• ensure safety and professionalism at each session
• and build relationships with school staff and families. The required schedule is Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–4:30 PM
• additional Saturday morning hours may be available.
