What you'll do

• Lead multidisciplinary clinical, consultative, and support staff
• collect, review, analyze, and report program outcome data
• facilitate meetings and training for staff, childcare providers, parents, caregivers, and external stakeholders
• support structured daily programming and positive behavioral support
• collaborate with nursing staff on patient care and regulatory requirements
• recruit, hire, orient, train, supervise, and manage staff
• monitor staffing grids and unit budgets.
