What you'll do

• Operate, set up, troubleshoot, and adjust plastic extrusion and mixing equipment
• perform quality checks
• weigh and mix ingredients
• load materials
• weigh, package, and label finished products
• clean work areas and machines
• operate forklift and aerial platform lift as needed
• use auxiliary equipment
• assist with training
• monitor and test product quality
• document processes and test results
• report issues.

Why this role

High school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of industrial manufacturing experience required. Plastic compounding experience is a plus; forklift experience is preferred. Requires frequent lifting up to 50 pounds and use of required PPE.
