TFO Superintendent — Data Center Tenant Fit-Out

The TFO Superintendent role is onsite at an active data center campus in Center, ND. Compensation is not specified. Applied Digital is seeking an owner-side field leader to oversee tenant fit-out construction and coordinate work with project and campus stakeholders. The superintendent manages daily field execution, readiness, trade coordination, quality, logistics, and turnover for assigned scopes. The role helps keep construction aligned with approved schedules and standards and supports commissioning, tenant readiness, and project milestones.

What you'll do

• Maintain onsite field presence and lead daily coordination
• resolve constraints and monitor progress against milestones
• hold contractors accountable for staffing, materials, access, and sequencing
• validate work readiness
• evaluate planned versus actual production
• coordinate shutdowns, deliveries, inspections, testing, and tenant access
• oversee quality observations, inspections, deficiencies, and punch lists
• coordinate site logistics and equipment readiness
• support commissioning, integrated testing, turnover, and closeout documentation
• communicate unsafe conditions through project channels.

Why this role
