What you'll do

• Facilitates associate experience and development, including training, onboarding, mentoring, and coaching.
• Validates operational message completion.
• Supports services businesses.
• Delegates and validates daily tasks.
• Leads associates as Leader on Duty.
• Addresses associate complaints and grievances.
• Recognizes associates driving engagement.
• Responsible for pet parent experience and outcomes.
• Promotes store events and marketing.
• Responsible for live pet sales and adoptions.
• Supports monthly live cycle counts.
• Recommends, informs, and sells merchandise and services.
• Prepares online orders for pick-up.
• Operates POS systems and handles cash.
• Maintains store standards and leads a culture of empowerment.
• Ensures a safe environment.
• Takes immediate action for sick/injured pets.
• Maintains cleanliness standards.
• Assists with store opening and closing procedures.
• Follows company policies and procedures.
