Plant Maintenance Technician

By performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, and documenting repairs, the technician helps minimize production downtime and maintain operational safety. The role also shares maintenance guidance with plant managers to support consistent equipment care across operations.

What you'll do

• Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on ready-mix plants, precast equipment, and plant structures
• troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• inspect machinery and perform repairs
• install and maintain industrial process equipment
• fabricate, weld, and modify parts
• rig and handle heavy equipment safely
• respond to urgent calls outside normal business hours
• maintain maintenance records
• conduct walkthroughs and coach plant managers on maintenance requirements.
