DevOps Test Engineer

The DevOps Test Engineer role is onsite in Fort Meade, MD, with an annual salary range of $160,000–$200,000. T-Rex Solutions provides data-centric mission services to the federal government, including cloud and infrastructure services, cybersecurity, and big data engineering; this role supports critical national security infrastructure and the Intelligence Community's ICAM team. The engineer builds, maintains, and improves infrastructure, deployment processes, and tooling that help development teams deliver reliable software. The role supports DevOps initiatives from implementation through production support, working with software, test, systems, and security teams.

What you'll do

• Build, maintain, and improve infrastructure, deployment processes, and tooling
• support Kubernetes cluster lifecycle management, Helm charts, GitOps, and CI/CD integration
• use infrastructure-as-code and automation
• support scalable, highly available deployments
• work with PKI, REST APIs, Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, and MongoDB
• collaborate with software developers, test engineers, system administrators, and security teams
• lead technical discussions and prepare program review materials.
