Maintenance Groundskeeper

The Maintenance Groundskeeper role is onsite in Ranger, TX. Starting pay is $11 per hour. The groundskeeper maintains the appearance, cleanliness, and safety of Ranger College’s grounds and outdoor areas for students, staff, and visitors. The role maintains lawns, landscaped areas, irrigation systems, and outdoor facilities, while helping keep walkways and other areas safe. It also supports campus or facility events with setup and cleanup as needed.

What you'll do

• Mow, edge, and maintain lawns, fields, and landscaped areas
• plant, water, prune, and fertilize trees, shrubs, and flowers
• remove weeds, debris, trash, and litter
• maintain irrigation systems and assist with minor repairs
• operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment
• assist with seasonal tasks
• keep sidewalks, parking lots, and outdoor areas safe
• support events with setup and cleanup
• follow safety procedures and report concerns.
