Turn Down Attendant

What you'll do

• Receive room assignments during evening standup
• turn down beds to resort standards
• replenish towels, toilet paper, amenities, and water
• empty trash
• report room deficiencies to Housekeeping Management or Engineering
• deliver express checkouts, newsletters, headlines pages, bedtime stories, and turndown amenities
• create a restful atmosphere using the fireplace, music, and bedside lights
• follow safe work practices.
