What you'll do

• Conduct engagement assessments
• participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care-plan development
• create individual and group activities and outings
• implement and supervise program activities for enjoyment, appropriateness, and safety
• post a monthly activity calendar
• maintain relationships with outside organizations and community resources.
