What you'll do

• Serve as the owner’s primary construction representative through design, construction, and closeout
• review contractor schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and execution strategies
• monitor progress, risks, and performance
• coordinate owners, designers, construction managers, and contractors
• conduct site observations for schedule, quality, safety, and compliance
• review RFIs, submittals, change requests, safety programs, and quality plans
• support change management and contractor negotiations
• prepare project status reports
• support punch lists, turnover documentation, and final acceptance.
