Leasing Representative

What you'll do

• Respond to prospective and current residents
• manage leasing leads
• coordinate and conduct property tours
• explain rental qualifications, applications, lease terms, and move-in procedures
• process applications and maintain records
• update availability listings
• assist with outreach, events, and property manager operations.
