What you'll do

• Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables
• weigh and measure ingredients. Carry food pans and trays safely between work areas. Store food according to wrapping, dating, safety, and rotation procedures. Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils. Distribute supplies and equipment. Follow approved recipes and production standards for quality, temperature, and portion control. Serve customers, address concerns, relay relevant information to a supervisor, and comply with service, inventory, cash-control, sanitation, and safety procedures. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM.
