The Precast Concrete Production Team Member works onsite at the plant in Rochester, MA. Compensation is $22–$30 per hour based on qualified experience. Shea Concrete Products makes precast concrete products for the New England market and has served the industry for 75 years. The role supports safe, quality production by preparing forms and molds, fabricating and placing reinforcement, laying out embeds and knockouts, and placing and finishing concrete. Team members also maintain a clean work area and follow plant procedures and quality controls.

What you'll do

• Prepare precast forms and molds
• strip hardened concrete forms
• clean and set up molds
• fabricate reinforcement cages and secure reinforcement in forms
• lay out and secure embeds and knockouts
• place and finish concrete
• maintain housekeeping and follow safety and quality procedures.
