What you'll do

• Process and code vendor invoices
• prepare bank and credit card reconciliations
• research tenant ledger and accounts receivable discrepancies
• assist with move-out accounting and security deposits
• review general ledger activity
• prepare month-end schedules and workpapers
• support financial reporting and variance analysis
• maintain documentation
• assist with vendor records, utility accounts, property onboarding, and process improvements.
