Residential Support Supervisor

The Residential Support Supervisor role is an onsite, full-time position in Sugar Grove, WV. Pay is $18–$20 per hour. The supervisor oversees daily operations of a group home serving individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental health challenges at Liberty Community Programs. The role guides residential support staff, coordinates individualized care, and monitors residents’ needs and progress. It supports a safe, nurturing environment through regulatory compliance, crisis response, accurate documentation, and collaboration with families and community providers.

What you'll do

• Supervise and support residential staff
• develop and implement individualized care plans with the multidisciplinary team
• coordinate daily activities, meals, and recreation
• assess residents’ needs and progress
• ensure regulatory and agency compliance
• provide crisis intervention
• document care, incidents, and medication administration
• participate in recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
• collaborate with families and external providers.
