What you'll do

• Present treatment plans and answer patient questions
• review insurance estimates, payment options, and financing
• follow up on unscheduled treatment and help book appointments
• enter and review plans in Dentrix
• confirm procedures and dental codes with the clinical team
• track case acceptance, scheduled treatment, and follow-up results.
