What you'll do

• Generate new sales contacts with support from sales and location managers and Sales Agronomists
• develop sales, service, and product knowledge through assigned meetings
• build confidence in cold calling and generate leads
• sell agronomy products and services when appropriate
• scout fields and make recommendations with a Sales Agronomist
• assist customers and respond to complaints
• grow assigned territory sales over two to three years
• follow safety, vehicle, fleet, and DOT requirements.

Why this role
