Remote Master's Level Clinician (Seeking LPC) - Fee for Service

The Remote Master's Level Clinician is a full-time, remote role based in Pennsylvania. Compensation is up to $51,700 annually, depending on licensure type, session volume, and bonuses. This role supports the clinical team at Thriveworks, a mental health care company dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality therapy. This role exists to provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth sessions to clients. The clinician will conduct intakes, diagnose conditions, and help clients achieve measurable progress while working under a licensed supervisor to gain the experience required for independent licensure.

What you'll do

• Provide telehealth counseling sessions, conduct intakes, diagnose conditions according to DSM-5, maintain consistent availability for at least 25 sessions weekly, treat a variety of clients including couples and children, and utilize EHR tools for clinical documentation.
