What you'll do

• Enter patient information and schedule consultations and recurring appointments
• handle or route phone calls and document them accurately
• assess emergency calls and schedule appropriately
• collect patient insurance information
• communicate with dental offices and specialists about referrals, radiographs, claim history, and shared patient conditions.
