Project Manager — Commercial Construction

What you'll do

• Manage project startup through closeout, including preconstruction meetings
• oversee budgets, forecasts, change orders, payment applications, and invoice approvals
• develop and update schedules
• manage RFIs, submittals, material tracking, meeting records, drawing revisions, and document control
• coordinate with owners, architects, design teams, consultants, and subcontractors
• and support safety, QA/QC, punch list, and closeout.
