Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor — Home Care

The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor — Home Care role is based in Freehold, NJ, and involves on-the-road work serving Monmouth and Ocean County. Pay is $50 per hour. The role supports Fellowship Home and Community Based Services’ non-medical home and community-based services for older adults. The RN supervisor oversees field care team members and helps ensure services follow care plans and applicable standards. Through communication, follow-up, and skills assessments, the role supports consistent, appropriate care for residents receiving services at home or on campus.

What you'll do

• Follow Board of Nursing best practices and CAHC accreditation standards
• communicate with team members, clients, and families
• provide input on matching care partners with clients
• supervise CHHA team members serving on-campus and off-campus clients
• make monthly follow-up calls or visits to check care-plan adherence
• evaluate CHHA care and complete 60-day skills assessments during onsite visits.
