What you'll do

• Develop and execute integrated marketing, communications, and brand strategies
• lead market positioning, campaigns, and growth initiatives
• establish performance measures and analyze results
• oversee internal and external communications, media relations, public relations, and crisis communications
• serve as Public Information Officer
• manage digital marketing, website governance, and content
• strengthen community and stakeholder relationships
• lead and develop the Marketing and Communications team
• manage departmental budgets and vendor relationships
• report on performance and growth metrics.
