What you'll do

• Monitor data, voice, and video networks, software and data services, IT, and facilities
• respond to alarms and identify potential issues
• handle events, outages, and performance alerts and escalate to technical teams
• perform routine network maintenance
• provide first-level troubleshooting and support
• own outage documentation through root cause, resolution, and post-mortem
• maintain network documentation and reports
• execute software and firmware upgrades
• manage service-level agreements
• coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.
