What you'll do

• Lead recruiting for entry-level positions from sourcing through initial screening
• source candidates through job boards, career fairs, and community partnerships
• review applications and conduct initial screenings
• partner with hiring managers and HR
• assist with recruiting events
• manage the summer internship program
• facilitate background checks
• coordinate onboarding and orientation
• support engagement activities, HR records, projects, and confidential information handling.
