The Home Health Aide role is onsite in Shelbyville, IN; pay is $18–$19 per hour. Assisted Loved Ones provides in-home care intended to support clients’ independence, dignity, and comfort. The role exists to assist clients with daily living and household needs while following individualized care plans, documenting services, and reporting changes in clients’ physical or mental condition.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• provide mobility, transfer, and ambulation support
• prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• remind clients to take medications as directed without administering medication
• monitor and report condition changes
• accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed
• provide companionship and document services.
