What you'll do

• Serve as liaison among clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurers
• communicate case and treatment updates
• help clients locate and schedule medical treatment when needed
• obtain and review medical records, bills, lien information, and treatment updates
• monitor treatment progress and follow up on missed appointments
• document interactions and case activity
• organize evidence
• assist attorneys with demand packages and case summaries
• track deadlines
• address concerns and escalate complex issues
• maintain confidentiality and comply with firm policies and legal requirements.
