The Food and Beverage Supervisor role is onsite in Stevensville, MD, at Kent Island Resort. Pay is $25 per hour. The position supports the resort’s restaurant, bar, and events while working with the Food and Beverage Director and management team. The supervisor helps deliver consistent service and a positive guest experience while supporting daily operations, event execution, team leadership, and revenue initiatives. The role also provides hands-on experience for an experienced hospitality professional pursuing a food and beverage management career.

What you'll do

• Assist with daily restaurant and bar operations and lead service teams during assigned shifts
• help oversee weddings, banquets, and special events from setup through breakdown
• lead and coach team members
• address guest needs
• partner with culinary, sales, and other departments on events
• support upselling and initiatives to increase revenue and guest satisfaction
• step into a leadership role when the Food and Beverage Director or other managers are unavailable.
