What you'll do

• Oversee program operations to support quality care
• build relationships with hospital medical staff, nursing staff, administrative leadership, and the Ob Hospitalist team
• collaborate with medical and operations leaders on clinical and operational objectives
• travel to the hospital as needed for operational priorities
• train and develop clinicians
• communicate and enforce clinical policies and procedures
• manage minor physician issues and escalate as appropriate
• collaborate to identify ways to increase Labor and Delivery utilization
• work at least five 24-hour or equivalent OB hospitalist shifts per 28-day period.
