What you'll do

• Coordinate administrative operations across the Trenton and Toms River locations
• serve as a contact among leadership, clinical and medical staff, administrative personnel, and clients

• assist with client intake, registration, scheduling, referrals, and admissions
• support electronic health record documentation, billing and revenue-cycle processes, compliance, audits, and regulatory reviews
• travel between locations as needed.
