What you'll do

• Repair walls, doors, ceilings, windows, and other facility features
• move furniture
• coordinate routine work in resident areas with nursing services
• assist with terminal room cleaning
• perform routine plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, and grounds maintenance
• replace light bulbs
• assist with preventive maintenance
• complete maintenance request slips
• perform emergency tasks as directed.
