What you'll do

• Review, code, and enter invoices and credit memos
• match invoices to supporting documents and approvals
• prepare payment runs and process payments
• review employee expenses and corporate card submissions
• maintain vendor records
• support 1099 reporting
• resolve discrepancies
• assist with cut-off, accruals, and close activities
• maintain electronic records and follow controls.
