The Experienced Laminator role is onsite in Santa Ana, CA, on the current Monday–Thursday schedule of 4:00 p.m.–2:00 a.m., with two hours of overtime daily. The position pays $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience. Emerald Packaging produces flexible packaging and is expanding its Santa Ana operation. The laminator sets up, operates, and monitors equipment used to produce flexible packaging rollstock. The role supports product quality and efficient production by following job specifications, troubleshooting process issues, and minimizing downtime and material waste.

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and adjust lamination equipment
• perform machine changeovers to customer specifications
• use measuring tools
• follow job orders and production instructions
• monitor film, adhesive, tension, alignment, temperature, and speed
• inspect finished product
• troubleshoot operating and quality issues
• minimize downtime, scrap, and waste
• maintain equipment and work area
• follow safety procedures
• complete production and quality documentation.
