Donation Center Attendant

Job overview

The Donation Center Attendant role is onsite in Sarasota, FL, with pay of $16 per hour. The attendant is the first point of contact for donors at Goodwill Industries Manasota donation centers and helps process donations in line with Goodwill’s mission and values. The role provides donor service, assists with unloading and sorting donations, records donor information and daily counts, and maintains a clean and safe site. It also supports transportation or site operations as needed and reports safety or maintenance concerns.

What you'll do

• Greet donors and assist with unloading donations

• sort donations into saleable, salvage, or trash categories
• maintain a clean, organized, and safe site
• safeguard donated items and use equipment properly
• support transportation or site operations as needed
• report safety or maintenance concerns.
