The General Laborer — Production role is onsite in Pen Argyl, PA. Pay is $25.57 per hour, including a $19.57 base rate and a $6.00 shift differential. Techo-Bloc designs and manufactures landscaping products for outdoor living. The role supports production by inspecting finished products, removing and replacing defective pieces, packaging products, and assisting machine operators and other plant processes. It helps maintain product quality, safe work practices, and an orderly workstation.

What you'll do

• Inspect finished products for height, shape, color, and consistency
• remove defective pieces and replace them with quality pieces
• package finished products with packaging materials, top sheets, and labels and complete final quality checks
• assist machine operators and with pallet repair, maintenance support, yard support, and other assigned processes
• follow quality, safety, and lockout/tagout procedures
• maintain a clean workstation and assist with plant cleanup
• wear personal protective equipment.
