What you'll do

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
• provide outpatient orthopedic and sport/spine treatment
• modify plans based on progress and patient response
• supervise PTAs and support staff under Virginia regulations
• maintain documentation within 24–48 hours
• oversee day-to-day clinical operations for an assigned location
• support team development and mentorship
• monitor performance metrics
• collaborate on referral growth and workflow improvements.
