Network Lead, F-35 JPO IT Support

What you'll do

• Lead network operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and service restoration
• oversee routers, switches, wireless infrastructure, firewalls, and other network devices
• coordinate network personnel and escalate complex incidents
• support LAN, WAN, and WLAN design and optimization
• monitor availability, performance, and capacity
• coordinate security controls and remediation
• oversee patching, upgrades, backups, and equipment refresh
• plan changes and rollback procedures
• conduct root-cause analysis
• maintain network documentation
• coordinate with carriers and vendors
• support resiliency and disaster recovery
• provide status reports and technical recommendations
• mentor network engineers.
