What you'll do

• Oversee and lead HR departments for multiple skilled nursing care centers
• provide education, mentorship, and leadership development to facility management, team members, and HR coordinators
• direct and oversee employees
• assist with recruitment, hiring, orientation, and training
• design and implement recruitment and retention programs
• make significant hiring recommendations
• lead employee recognition and engagement initiatives
• guide implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable guidelines
• support improvements to systems and processes
• travel between care centers.
