What you'll do

• Lead restaurant operations and enforce policies, procedures, standards, training programs, and cultural expectations
• support the General Manager in training and developing employees
• perform restaurant stations and functions
• oversee cash management and nightly reports
• supervise shifts
• ensure food safety
• maintain facilities and preventive maintenance
• complete opening, closing, line-check, and cleaning checklists.
