The Receptionist and Customer Care Dog Concierge role is onsite in Marana, AZ, and pays $16.50–$17.50 per hour. Sol Dog Lodge and Training Center’s mission is to serve dogs and the people who love them and foster a community where dogs thrive. As the first point of contact, the Dog Concierge coordinates client communications and appointments and supports a positive experience for clients and their dogs. The role also helps departments keep schedules and vaccination records current and accurate.

What you'll do

• Manage client communications

• handle check-ins and check-outs
• use computer systems and CRM software such as GINGR and RunLoyal
• communicate by phone and text
• assist departments with scheduling and appointment booking
• help ensure vaccination records are up to date.
