Retail Sales Associate, Home Essentials

The associate helps customers find products and provides personalized service while supporting merchandise receiving, stocking, pricing, and presentation. The role also helps maintain an orderly sales floor and accurate inventory to support store operations.

What you'll do

• Greet and assist customers
• answer product and store-layout questions
• refer unresolved complaints to management
• maintain current signage and an orderly sales floor
• communicate store and merchandising issues
• receive, check in, and stock merchandise
• maintain back-stock levels and clean sales, receiving, and stock areas
• assist with cycle counts and inventory issues
• operate a forklift only with proper training.
