Preconstruction Project Manager

What you'll do

• Lead preconstruction efforts from concept through final proposal
• coordinate design, estimating, safety, and equipment sales deliverables
• own the integrated delivery plan, schedule, budget, and proposal
• contribute to constructability and sequencing plans
• coordinate stakeholders and client interfaces
• lead planning with design, procurement, and construction management teams
• conduct constructability reviews
• support estimate and schedule development
• develop subcontracting and procurement strategies
• support 3-D visualizations
• develop site logistics plans
• coordinate safety, quality, project services, and technical services groups.
