Inventory Associate — Shipping and Logistics

The Inventory Associate works onsite at Kraken Kinetics’ Pinehurst-area facilities; the listing location is Whispering Pines, NC. Compensation is $22–$26 per hour. Kraken Kinetics develops kinetic systems for the U.S. Armed Forces and allied forces. This hands-on role supports manufacturing and program execution by keeping materials and customer shipments organized, accurately documented, and moving between facility locations. The associate coordinates outbound shipments, maintains inventory records, supports cycle counts and receiving, and helps production teams stage materials.

What you'll do

• Package, label, document, and coordinate outbound shipments across three local locations
• maintain shipment logs and tracking records
• coordinate carrier pickups
• verify shipment contents
• update inventory in Fishbowl/NetSuite
• support cycle counts, receiving, and movement of finished goods
• maintain organized shipping areas
• report discrepancies or damaged goods
• follow safety and material-handling procedures.
