The Top-Pick Forklift Operator / Class A CDL Shuttle Driver role is onsite in Rhome, TX, and pays $23–$28 per hour. XCaliber Container supplies shipping container builds, including specialty storage, commercial, and residential solutions. This combined material-handling and shuttle-driving role moves containers, materials, equipment, and finished products within the yard and between production locations. It supports production and shipping flow through safe equipment operation, load handling, inspections, and coordination with production and logistics teams.

What you'll do

• Operate a Top-Pick container handler to move, stack, stage, load, and unload containers
• inspect equipment and work areas
• perform and document equipment and vehicle inspections
• drive commercial trucks between company production locations
• secure loads and complete transfer documents
• follow DOT, site, and company safety requirements.
