What you'll do

• Assist with sewer and water line pipe installation
• safely operate an excavator in the 350–470 size range and other heavy equipment as needed
• dig for pipe crews at depths that may exceed 20 feet on line and grade
• perform daily equipment checks
• communicate with the foreman, superintendent, and crew
• dig and backfill as directed
• operate a rubber tire loader when needed
• assist the crew with other activities when an operator is not needed
• work overtime as required.
