The Caregiver role is onsite in Clarksville, TN, with flexible scheduling and varying shifts Sunday through Saturday based on client needs. Compensation is $16–$17 per hour. Nightingale Respite Care’s mission is to provide quality non-medical home care to the aging population. The caregiver provides support according to each client’s service plan, helping with companionship and daily living needs while reporting unusual events and responding responsibly to emergencies. Specific duties may vary with the client’s needs and service plan.

What you'll do

• Depending on the client service plan, offer companionship and emotional support
• perform housekeeping
• assist with transfers and ambulation, including use of a cane, walker, wheelchair, or Hoyer Lift as applicable
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• plan, prepare, and serve meals with client assistance when possible
• report unusual events to the administrator
• respond responsibly in emergencies
• complete other duties within the client service plan.
