Production Associate Full-Time

The Production Associate Full-Time role is an onsite position located in Green Bay, WI. The starting pay is $27.17 per hour. This role exists to help keep the operation running safely and efficiently by supporting machine crews, handling materials, and preparing orders for shipment. The associate works as part of a team dedicated to continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Support machine crews and production teams throughout the facility.
• Retrieve and return cutting dies according to production schedules.
• Assist operators with feeding stock and material handling.
• Help stack finished products and prepare orders for shipment.
• Operate forklifts and transfer carts (training provided).
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Follow all safety procedures, 6S standards, and lean manufacturing practices.
• Support product quality and food safety requirements.
• Work as part of a team dedicated to continuous improvement.
• Assist in other production areas as needed.
